  6. They’re rude to your staff.
  7. They don’t (or won’t) follow your directions.
  8. They try to tell you how to handle their legal proceedings.
  9. They don’t pay on time – and sometimes not at all.
  10. They complain about every bill and question everything – no matter how small or trivial.
